Picker Wheel is a small, independently run project. Questions, bug reports and suggestions are all welcome, and they reach a person rather than a queue.
Expect a reply within a few days. Useful things to include:
- What you were doing and what happened instead.
- Your browser and whether you were on a phone or a computer.
- The link, if it involves a shared wheel.
Payments and subscriptions
Support payments are handled by Stripe. To cancel monthly support, use the billing portal linked from your payment confirmation. If a payment looks wrong, or you cannot reach the portal, email the address above with the date and amount and it will be sorted out.
Removing a shared wheel
Shared wheels are stored so their links keep working. Send the link and it will be deleted from the database.
Network administrators
Picker Wheel is a workplace productivity tool: teams use it to pick who runs standup, to rotate chores and on-call, and to draw names fairly. It hosts no user-generated public content, serves no advertising, and sets no tracking cookies — see the privacy policy. If it has been caught by a web filter as an uncategorised domain, email the address above and we will help with a categorisation request.
